Delete your Sendi account
This page can be used from the Sendi app or any web browser to request deletion of a Sendi customer or courier account.
What happens to your data
- Your account access and profile information will be deleted or anonymised after verification.
- Personal data that is no longer required will be deleted from active systems.
- Records needed for completed deliveries, payments, payouts, refunds, fraud prevention, disputes, safety, tax, accounting or legal claims may be retained for the applicable period.
- Where records must be retained, access will remain restricted and they will not be used for unrelated marketing.
Deleting your Sendi account does not delete your Google account, M-PESA account or accounts held by independent payment or identity-verification providers.
