Help us respond quickly
Include your Sendi job or booking reference, account email or phone number, the date and approximate time, and a short explanation. For a payment issue, include the relevant M-PESA or provider reference. For loss, damage or delivery disputes, include clear photos and any relevant messages.
Urgent safety matters
If there is immediate danger, injury, suspected crime or a road accident, contact the appropriate Kenyan emergency or law-enforcement service first, then notify Sendi when it is safe to do so.
