Booking a Delivery

  1. Sign in to your Sendi account.
  2. Select Post a Job.
  3. Enter the pickup location.
  4. Enter the delivery destination.
  5. Describe the item.
  6. Set your delivery price.
  7. Submit your job.

You can use Sendi for many everyday deliveries, including food, medicine, documents, parcels, shopping, car parts, gifts, electronics and household items. If you are unsure whether an item is suitable, please contact support before posting the job.

After you post a delivery, eligible verified couriers can view the job. Once a courier accepts it, you will receive confirmation and can follow the delivery progress.

If your delivery has not yet been accepted by a courier, cancellation may be possible. If a courier has already accepted the job, please contact support for help.

Couriers

Create a courier account and complete the onboarding process. Before accepting deliveries, couriers must complete identity verification.

Identity verification helps build trust between customers and couriers by confirming the identity of delivery partners before they can accept jobs.

Yes. Available delivery jobs appear in the courier dashboard, allowing couriers to accept jobs that suit their location and availability.

Tracking

Yes. Once a courier accepts your delivery, you can monitor its progress from collection through to completion.

Yes. Delivery status updates are shown throughout the journey so you can see what stage the delivery has reached.

Payments

Payment is completed securely through the Sendi platform during the booking process using the payment options available at checkout.

Yes. Payments are processed using secure payment services integrated into the platform.

My Account

Use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Yes. You can manage your account information from your Account page.

Support

Visit the Support page and send us a message. Please include the job details and a clear explanation of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.

Please report it through the Support page and include as much information as possible, such as what you were trying to do, what happened, and any error message you saw.
