Sendi connects customers with independent local couriers for practical, trackable deliveries across Kenya.
A Kenyan delivery platform built around trust
Sendi is being built to make everyday delivery simpler for individuals, families, pharmacies, shops and other organisations. Customers can request delivery of lawful items such as documents, parcels, shopping, parts and properly packaged medicines, while independent couriers can find and complete suitable jobs through the platform.
Our goal is to combine the convenience of mobile booking and M-PESA with clear accountability at every important stage of a delivery.
For customers
Create a job, review the route and price, pay through supported Kenyan payment methods, follow progress and use pickup and delivery verification to reduce uncertainty.
For couriers
Complete onboarding, browse suitable nearby jobs, manage collection and delivery, record evidence and receive earnings through supported payout methods.
How Sendi builds confidence
Kenyan deliveries can involve traffic, access challenges, informal directions and many different types of sender and recipient. Sendi therefore focuses on practical evidence and communication rather than relying on assumptions.
Technology with local purpose
Sendi uses route and location tools, pickup codes, delivery PINs and private photo evidence to help protect customers and couriers. The platform is designed to support motorcycles, cars and vans while recognising the realities of Kenyan roads and local commerce.
Our role
SENDI LTD operates the technology platform. Couriers using Sendi are independent service providers unless expressly agreed otherwise. Sendi supports booking, payment, verification, evidence and dispute handling so both sides have a clearer record of what happened.
